Standard Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions
1. Validity – This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed.
2. Pricing – All prices are in NZD and exclude GST unless otherwise stated. Any variations, additional works, or unforeseen site conditions will be charged as extras.
3. Payment Terms – Payment is due by the end of the following month. An invoice will be issued at the end of the completed work or at the end of the month, whichever comes first. Interest of 5% per month may be charged on overdue accounts.
4. Programme & Access – Work will be carried out during normal working hours unless otherwise agreed. The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all work areas.
5. Documentation – Producer Statements (PS3/PS4), QA documentation, and passive fire registers will be provided upon project completion where required.
6. Exclusions – Painting, plastering, stopping, or cosmetic finishing works unless specifically included in the quotation. Any works not specifically listed in the quotation.
7. Warranties – All passive fire installations are carried out in accordance with AS4072.1, AS1530.4, and NZBC Clause C3 requirements. Product warranties as provided by the manufacturer will apply.
8. Ownership of Goods – Title to goods and materials supplied remains with BAKKER PFI LTD until full payment has been received.
